Modular rectangular-plan wooden tiny house. It has too floors, a ground floor and a loft taking up two fifths of the surface. On the inside, this modular wooden tiny house is a unique and versatile space. It can be subdivided into three spaces by using movable partitions, to separate the daytime area from the nighttime area if desired. It has a main space for the kitchen and living room. At the back of the floor there is a space which would function as bedroom or be subdivided into two. The bathroom consists of two separate spaces, one for the shower, and another one for the toilet and the washbasin. In the middle of the ground floor there is a staircase to connect it to the loft. It is a unique multi-purpose space. There is visual communication between both levels. On the ground floor, a big porch takes up all of the main facade.
